5. Correction of personal information and suspension of use, etc.
(1) When a user claims that the content of their personal information is not factual and requests that it be corrected, added to, or deleted (hereinafter referred to as "Corrections, etc."), we will first verify that the request is from the user himself/herself, then conduct an investigation without delay, and based on the results of the investigation, correct the content of the personal information, and notify the user of that effect.
